Q. Are JEK products tested on animals?
No, none of our products have been or will ever be tested on animals. Our products are cruelty free and vegan (with the exception of some products that contain beeswax or lanolin).
Q. Does JEK work on oily or sensitive skin?
Hey, yes our lipsticks are vegan, non toxic, and paraben free. You can find a list of ingredients on the product page.
Q. How long will the product lasts?
Our products have a shelf life of at least 2 years.
Q. Where are your products manufactured?
Our products are made in the USA.
Q. Where is my order?
After you place an order, it usually takes 1-3 business days to process. We’ll send you a confirmation email with tracking number once it’s handed over to one of our delivery carriers, so keep an eye out! You can always login into your account page also to check status.
If it says it has been delivered and it has not, please contact the carrier.
Q. Where can i check the status of my order?
You can view the status of your order on your Accounts page. Email confirmations will be emailed when you place your order and once your order ships.
Q. Can I change my order once it’s placed?
Orders are processed promptly once received. If you need to change or cancel an order you can email us ASAP at firstname.lastname@example.org
Q.What is your return policy?
We hope that all customers are 100% satisfied with their products. Our policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging, we require proof of purchase with receipt. A 10% restocking fee will be deducted from return refund.
If you product is damaged don’t discard of the items. Send us an email of description with photos of damaged product and box. We will file a claim of damage item with carrier and get a replacement product out to you.
Q. I didn’t receive my correct order or I received the wrong item?
Please send JEK Cosmetics an email with a picture of items received, a copy of your invoice receipt. If a mistake was made on our part we will promptly send out your correct product.
Q. Where is my refund?
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your account then contact your credit card company. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us.
Q. Are sale or clearance items refundable?
Sale and clearance items are non-refundable.

Free shipping on all orders over $50 (standard shipping)

Q. What if I can’t find my tracking number?
